RACE RECAP: 2022 Race No. 125 – September 14, 2022 Wednesday Racing – Millbridge Speedway
SALISBURY, N.C. – D.J. VanderLey scored the victory in the 30-lap non-winged 600 Micro Sprint feature Wednesday at Millbrigde Speedway. It was his second win of the season at the track.
Carson Brown jumped to the early lead and looked strong before a caution on lap nine brought the field back together. VanderLey and Brown swapped the top spot for a few laps after the restart before VanderLey took control on lap 14. He survived a few late race cautions to get the victory.
Brown finishes a strong second with Trevor Cline third.
In other racing Dillon Latour won the 15-lap Outlaw Kart Open feature, Katie Yonguk won the Intermediate feature with Wyatt Miller winning the Restricted Micro main.
